HEY (Heritage for the European Youth) is a Youth Exchange program by the Check-IN Association. It encourages young participants to explore and express their local and national heritage through arts, architecture, food, and values, fostering a common European identity.
I started with a client briefing to understand the project’s objectives and the importance of representing diverse cultural elements. I then developed several logo concepts that symbolize unity, heritage, and youth engagement. After selecting the most promising concept, I chose a vibrant color palette and dynamic shapes to represent the energy and diversity of the youth exchange program.
The HEY logo effectively conveyed the program’s mission of promoting European heritage and multiculturalism. Its vibrant and inclusive design appealed to young participants, helping to foster a sense of community and shared cultural identity.
